I am well on my way with Nicole’s first pair of longies. They scrappies are turning out great, the body is done and the legs are about 4 inches. I am shooting for having these done by tomorrow. Then I will start on her “fruits of the vine” pair. I project to be done with those by this weekend and starting on Rebecca’s by Monday.

I also wanted to officially announce that I am expecting in late August. We can’t be more excited. After actively trying for 8 months we are counting our blessings. I am even enjoying the morning sickness. Now I am on the hunt for GN newborn wool and I am looking forward to adding some itty bitty knits to my gallery as well as our stash.

Fixed Christmas 08 043.jpgI was able to get a pair of scrappies done for my daughter while I was waiting for some yarn to come in for customs. They turned out really great. I haven’t even tried them on her yet, but I am sure they will be amazing. It was so much fun “remaking” some of our favorite pieces that have moved on to different homes.

I also made a little doll skirty while visiting with family on Christmas Day. I will get a picture of it soon. Currently it’s on my daughters doll and she isn’t letting me have it. LOL.

I also took pics today of all the yarn I have available for customs. They are all under the yarn link. For now, you can email me the number order they are in (left to right, top to bottom, 1-6) and I will get you a price for it. I do have more solids for trim and such, but I just was taking some pics and realized those solids could make a really cool stripy pair. I also have access to roswood and wedgewood patons. I have pics of the rosewood in my gallary (the pinks, browns, tan) the wedgewood is blues and browns. I do have some 1 ply purewool in pinks and browns that I have not yet taken pics of, but plan to get them up soon.
